Are you a computer science student with a passion for Python and an interest in neuroscience? We're looking for a motivated HiWi to join Ruediger Klein lab in Max Planck Institute of Biological Intelligence and assist with cutting-edge calcium imaging data analysis!
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and visualize calcium imaging datasets using Python.
- Work with tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Contribute to research exploring the neural basis of behavior.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
- Experience creating data visualizations using Matplotlib.
- Interest in neuroscience and curiosity about the brain's inner workings.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
